If an emergency situation occurs after office hours, please call 502.583.1746. Our answering service will page your physician, and you will be contacted as promptly as possible.

Office Hours

Our office is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. If you have a telephone inquiry, our surgery Coordinator can be reached Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm at 502.625.2214 or 502.897.9065.

Payment

Consultations for skincare are complimentary. However, there is a $60 consultation fee charged for appointments with physicians.
