All appointments can be booked through our central office number at 502-583-1749.  You may also contact an individual office to make an appointment or to speak to your physician's clinical assistant should questions arise. 

Normal office hours for all locations are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Prescription refills should be requested during normal business hours.
