PRESCRIPTION POLICY

We strive to get you the medications you need in a timely, efficient manner. Many prescriptions should be available by the end of the day. However, we ask that you allow 24 hours from your appointment time for availability. Some medications require a prior authorization by your insurance. This can add significant delay to medication arrival. Our office will work diligently with your pharmacy and insurance to get your medication quickly approved.

EMERGENCY CONTACTS

If an emergency situation occurs after office hours, please call 502-583-1749.
Our answering service will contact the physician on call, and you will be contacted as promptly as possible.
